It is free size with a garment chest circumference of 60 inches. Please compare the garment measurements with your preferred fit.
What height is it recommended for?
It is recommended for wearers around 160 cm and below.
What is the kaftan length?
The garment length is approximately 51 inches before washing and approximately 50 inches after washing.
What material is it?
Soft cotton.
How should I wash it?
Hand washing is recommended.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders may be dispatched on the same working day when possible. Otherwise, they are normally dispatched within 1 working day.
How do I track my order?
Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped and tracking is available.
Can I return or exchange an item because I changed my mind or chose the wrong size?
No. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, personal preference or incorrect size selection.
What if I receive the wrong item or a major defect?
Contact NEKA within 7 days of delivery at support@neka.my. Eligible seller-fault cases will be reviewed and an appropriate resolution arranged.
Are small colour or fabric variations considered defects?
Small colour marks, slight colour irregularities or minor fabric variations may occur because of the nature of the fabric and manufacturing process. These are normal characteristics unless they materially affect the item.
