Returns & exchanges

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, personal preference or incorrect size selection. If you receive the wrong item, wrong variant, an item materially different from your order or the listing, or an item with a major manufacturing defect, please contact NEKA within 7 days of delivery. Items should remain unworn, unwashed and in their original condition where applicable. For confirmed errors or major defects caused by NEKA or fulfilment, NEKA will arrange an appropriate resolution and cover the reasonable return cost where required. Due to the nature of the fabric and manufacturing process, small colour marks, slight colour irregularities or minor fabric variations may occur. These are normal material characteristics and are not considered major defects unless they materially affect the item's appearance or usability.
